The hotel has a fantastic location, tucked away in a quiet area near Central Park and some great restaurants. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well-arranged, making for a pleasant stay. However, the service could use some improvement, as there were some hiccups with room changes and additional charges. Overall, it offers good value for money considering the amenities available.
